Webb
2nd Trombone
Eddie
started banding in 1984, at the Windsor Prize Band, Salford
and steadily progressed through East Manchester, Bury Brass
and Walkden Bands until his university years in the North
East where he joined the GT Group Peterlee Band and the University
Big Band.
After working overseas for a few years, he played for Blackburn
& Darwen Band in 2001 and later in 2004, Stalybridge Old
Band.
Eddie is looking forward to the slightly scary challenges
of playing championship section test pieces and would like
to thank everyone in the band for the very warm welcome given.
Most memorable banding moment: Marching passed the Houses
of Parliament at the front of the Miners Protest March in
1992.
