About the event
Special General Meeting - Transition to CIO
This meeting will focus on the proposed transition of Poynton Brass Band to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). We will outline the reasons for this change, the process undertaken so far, and the next steps required. Members will have the opportunity for discussion and questions before ratifying the transition.
Everyone involved with Poynton Brass Band (the trust), Vernon Building Society (Poynton) Brass Band, and Concert Brass are welcome to attend.
